Just trying to simplify my life drawings while still trying out new things such as shading and animorphic characture. Also a pic of a few of my art books, and some charactures from the mall to round things off.

More, BETTER, CLEANED, updates on the way soon! Life has given me an army of lemons to deal with in the coarse of 3 days, so after that's all said and done, I will show some much needed love to the dear old blog here.

Tribal

He got me in. The tribal warrior, that after almost 5 years of applying,and drawing,and doing whatever I could to improve,that got me into Sheridan College. Over the coarse of that five years, I did apply and get into a few other colleges,but at the time, I had so many friends at the school, and so many reasons to stay. The other colleges I had successfully gotten into were Emily Carr, I don't recall if I got in,but I got a pretty decent score from Cal Arts, I always came close to getting in at Sheridan,the last three years were within meager points to get in.

I could sit here,rant,or talk about all the years,and what I did. When it comes down to it though,that's in the past,and all those years have put me where I am now. My class is awesome,and while I've had over 100 friends come and go as they have graduated ahead of me, I can't see myself being in class with anyone else.

I could sit here and mention dozens of people right now (now that I realize), for now a general thank you to those that have helped me over the years,and to the friends I've made, I couldn't ask to know better people. You guys n gals are all awesome!

Cool colour storm

This is a step by step of probably the only painting I did all year that I liked(that was an original piece). This is as far as I got, I feel I could have finished it off with some proper lighting, but I like the idea I had going. The assignment was vs paintings, this one was "organic/life" and the other was "death/wasteland". I didn't like the other one too much.

Anyway,another post immediately following this one.

Layout Assignement- Big Character/Small in environment

Not much to say, I am pretty exhausted right now, but the blog must be updated! I'm going to add what I can tonight, and then finish up tomorrow or Thursday.

Here is a layout assignment I did. I'd like to digitally paint this, or marker/guache render it.Who knows what I'll end up doing,only time will tell.

2011, BAZINGA!

So,this is the first thing I've drawn for 2011. I haven't drawn a marvel character,let alone a villain, in a long time. I might take it upon myself to draw out the rogue gallery as much as possible for spiderman. I think Kraven and Scorpion,and possibly doc oc are next. We shall see.
